Baby Bottle Pop was redesigned to retain its Brand equity, but with a contemporary and fun design to improve appearance. User experience was improved through product performance to reduce messiness and better part fits for greatly improved shelf stability for the highly hydroscopic product.

The new design achieved a 25% reduction in plastic for lower cost, and 100% recyclable materials for better sustainability. Parts were designed to fit existing manufacturing lines, minimizing capital investment. A full printed shrink with a sure-stop tear strip added security and eliminated a second label.

On-site Thailand Product Development, Manufacturing Support and Production Start-up. Result: The new Bottle Pop met all project goals on schedule, resulting in annual savings of $450k on one-time capital investment of $120k.
